Ebukhosini Bogosi Food & Wine began in 2004 when best friends and food and wine enthusiasts, Kabelo Malapela and Ntombi Gama decided to share their passion and knowledge of food and wine with each other.
They then decided to take their passion to the next level by each studying further in the areas of food and wine; Kabelo as a chef and Ntombi as a sommelier, to understand the marriage between food and wine and educate a larger audience on the following:
